Write it down
Type a task into the box at the top, or say it to the AI. It lands in To do with a tag and a due date if you gave one. A task holds a title, a description, tags and a date; nothing more to fill in.

Three lists, left to right: To do, In progress, Done. Drag a task when you start it, click the circle when you finish it. Rename the lists or add your own; the AI follows whatever names you use.
Let the AI tidy up
Once a week, ask it to tidy the board. It archives what is done, points out tasks that have sat for a month, and asks before it changes anything. Every task keeps its history.

Who is AI TODO List for?
Anyone who keeps a to-do list and already talks to an AI assistant during the day. If you have ever asked ChatGPT or Claude to remember something and then lost it when the chat ended, this gives those assistants a real list to write into. No method to learn, no setup beyond signing in.
How is it different from a normal to-do app?
A normal to-do app only listens to you. AI TODO List also listens to your AI. The same board is open to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and the agent built into the app, so a sentence in a chat becomes a task on the board, and a finished task gets ticked off from the chat too. The board itself stays simple: three lists, tasks with tags and due dates.
What can the AI actually do on my board?

Which AI assistants can I connect?
ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code and Cursor have step-by-step guides, and any other assistant that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol) connects to the same address. Can I rename the lists or add my own?
Yes. To do, In progress and Done are only the starting point. Rename them, reorder them, delete one or add more. The AI reads whatever names you use. If a list is called Done, Completed or Finished, completing a task also moves it there.
What happens to completed tasks?
A completed task stays in its list, ticked and struck through, until you archive it. Archived tasks leave the board but are kept, with their history, and can be restored. Nothing is deleted unless you delete it yourself from the archive.
How is my data handled?
Your tasks are yours. They are stored encrypted, never sold, and never used to train anything. An AI assistant only sees your board after you connect it and only acts when you ask. You can disconnect it at any time and delete your account from the app.

AI TODO List is made by Minosin AB, an independent software company in Sweden. The same company makes a few other small apps. It is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic or any other company whose assistant it connects to, and it does not sell your data to them or anyone else.
